The academic component involves constructing an approx. 37,000 sq. ft., four-story-building immediately east of the existing GSPP building located at 2607 Hearst Ave. The residential building would be up to six stories constructed on top of a three-story mostly subterranean parking structure and consist of up to 150 residential units in a mixture of studio and one- and two-bedroom apartments.
