Document Description
The 2020 Long Range Development Plan for the Berkeley campus provides a framework for land use and capital investment to meet campus academic goals and objectives. The 2020 LRDP projects a two-semester average headcount enrollment of up to 33,450 by 2020-2021 (a 1,650 headcount increase over the 2001-2 EIR base year), and expects summer session enrollment of up to 17,000. Faculty and staff are projected to increase to 15,810 by 2020-2021 (a 1,870 headcount increase over the 2001-2002 EIR base year). In addition, daily visitors and vendors are estimated to average up to 2,000 by 2020.
