Document Description
The campus is proposing new development to accommodate additional academic space for the Goldman School of Public Policy and to provide housing for campus-related occupants. The existing Upper Hearst parking structure would be demolished and replaced with apartment housing stacked on a new parking structure. The residential component would consist of up to 150 units in five stories over parking. A new academic building is proposed adjacent to the new residential building. The Project includes a minor amendment to the 2020 Long Range Development Plan to expand the Housing Zone to accommodate the proposed housing land use on the Project site.
