Document Description
The project consists of two primary components: (1) amendments to the Downtown Specific Plan (DSP) to allow up to 843 residential units, 260,063 square feet of commercial uses, and 860,624 square feet of office use on six sites with in the DSP area; and (2) specific development proposals on the six sites to develop a total of 793 residential units, 164,906 square feet of commercial use, and 856,199 square feet of office use. The development proposals will also include transportation infrastructure, right-of-way, and utility improvements. The project also requires amendments to the Municipal Code to conform to the development standards to the proposed amended DSP.
