- The City of Menlo Park has prepared a Subsequent Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) for the City's 6th Cycle Housing Element Update (HEU), Safety Element Update, and a new Environmental Justice Element. The HEU will address the City's Regional Housing Needs Allocation of 3,830 housing units, plus an appropriate buffer. The SEIR will evaluate the potential environmental impacts of implementing the HEU, the Safety Element Update, and the Environmental Justice Element.
