Title: Draft Supplement No. 2 to the FEIR for the San Clemente Dam Seismic Safety Project (OCRD Removal)
Description: CDFW has executed Amendment No. 7 to Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2013-0063-R4 (Agreement), to the Permittee, California American Water. The project includes the removal of the San Clemente Dam and the Old Carmel River Dam on the Carmel River in Monterey County. The Carmel River upstream of the existing San Clemente Dam will be rerouted through a new, created channel. Amendment No. 7 includes adding follow-up work to refine project components following initial installation and associate dewatering and access-related activities.
