- The Project addressed in this Addendum to the 1999 EIR is similar to the Costal Distribution System component assessed in the EIR and includes: approx. 1.3 miles of High Density Polyethylene distribution piping ranging from 8-24 inches in diameter and 9 agriculture turnouts to provide approximately 320 acre feet per year of supplemental irrigation water to 180 irrigated acres within the existing 5,100-acre service area. The K1 pipeline would connect to the existing CDS within Jensen Road. The project would result in the disturbance of up to approximately 14 acres.
