Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (#1242-99) pursuant to section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Charlie McNiesh/Pajaro Valley Water Management Agency. The applicant proposes to divert water from Harkins Slough using the existing county flood control pumps, to convey waters to a proposed recharge basin above an aquifer, and to recover and distribute the recharged water to irrigation.
