The site's existing driveways along East Victoria Street and Cedarbluff Way would be abandoned and a new central private driveway/fire lane would be constructed along Cedarbluff Way. The project would provide a total of 96 parking spaces, including 76 spaces provided by private garages located on the first floors of Buildings 1 through 6 and 20 surface-level guest spaces located along the site's western boundary.
