Expanding the campus by ~20,303 sf; demolishing all existing buildings, facilities, and athletic fields, and constructing two 3-story academic buildings consisting of ~151,400 square feet, an approximately 58,5000-square-foot performing arts center, ~58,000-square-foot gymnasium and outdoor aquatic center, ~1,266,800 st of athletic and outfoor educational facilities, and three parking lots containing ~363 space, for an overall development of ~1,827,830 square feet; relocating the District's facilities, Pupil services, Enrollment Center, and Special Education offices.
