Document Description
The district is proposing to reconstruct the Compton High School (CHS) which would consist of the (1) demolition of all existing buildings, facilities, and athletic fields; (2) the construction of new, modern buildings, facilities, and athletic fields with a design that supports a free-flowing campus; and (3) relocation of the District's Facilities Dept and Pupil Services, Enrollment Center, and Special Education offices. The reconstructed campus would be able to accommodate a total of 2,500 seats. The reconstructed CHS campus is anticipated to be opened by the 2023-2024 school year.
