Camino Ricardo Subdivision
Description
The Project is associated with the development of a 14 acre Camino Ricardo Subdivision. The proposed Project consists of 26 single family homes. The Project will construct two pedestrian bridges and a stormwater outfall. One pedestrian bridge will be over Laguna Creek and the other over Corliss Tributary, the outfall structure will be installed in the Corliss Tributary. The Laguna Creek Bridge is 70 linear feet and 12 feet wide and will require excavation of 45 cubic yards of soil and placement of 30 cubic yards of fill and 20 cubic yards of concrete on both sides of the bank. The Corliss Tributary Bridge is 60 linear feet and 12 feet wide and will require excavation of 20 cubic yards of soil and fill of 50 cubic yards of soil fill and 25 cubic yards of concrete on both sides of the banks. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2014-0336-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Applicant/Organization.
