Document Description
The NOD addresses the related approval of a Development Agreement (DA) for a previously approved project, the 26-lot Camino Ricardo subdivision. The Camino Ricardo subdivision project was approved and evaluated in a Final EIR certified by Town of Moraga on January 7, 2014. The Development Agreement vests development rights and includes certain on- and off-site public improvements to the benefit of the Town that would be constructed by the Developer, including dedication and construction of a new public park, public trails and bridge crossings, a public outlook point, and a new sidewalk. These various components were analyzed in the previously-certified Final EIR. The DA also includes a cash contribution for other pedestrian improvement along Moraga Road, which are to be determined as part of the ongoing Livable Moraga Road project, which will be subject to separate CEQA review.
