Document Description
The project entails development of a 28-unit residential subdivision of single-family homes on an approxiamtely 14.26-acre hillside site located in the center of the Town of Morage. A single private street connecting with Camino Ricardo would provide internal access to the proposed two-story homes. Two existing riparian corridors and the creeks they flank would remain underveloped. Pedestrian bridges would be constructed across each of the creeks to provide access to a portion of the site surrounded by the creeks. This area would be deeded to the Town of Moraga and developed as a public park. The project would provide a total of about 8.61 acres of dedicated open space.
