Document Description
The proposed Camino Ricardo Subdivision would consist of an infill development of 26 single-family homes on a 14.26-acre hillside site in the center of the Town of Moraga. The site is located within the planning area of the Moraga Center Specific Plan (MCSP). The two-story detached homes would range in size from approximately 2,800 sf to 3,200 sf and would be located on lots of varying shapes ranging in size from 8,028 sf to 22,657 sf, with an average size of 12,593 sf.
