Description

Note: Final, Review Per Lead Revised Sections of the FEIR have been prepared to provide the public and trustee agencies with info about the potential effects on the local and regional environment associated with the construction and operation of the proposed Worl Logistics Center project, and its associated infrastructure on approx 2,600 acres of land in the eastern portion of the city. All of the land use entitlements for the World Logistics Center are in place - the GP and Z designations, the SP, a request for annexation of unincorporated land and a development agreement. The potential environmental impacts evaluated in the revised sections of the FEIR are based upon these adopted entitlements allowing 40.6 M sf of buildings specifically designed to support large scale logistic operations in a quality business environment.
