Document Description
TPM No. 36667 subdivided 887.3 acres of land into 14 numbered parcels and 80 lettered lots of public streets, private driveways, landscaping, and access. The Project was approved by the Planning Commission on 10/12/2023. A previous EIR was prepared for the Project and approved by the City Council on June 16, 2020. The Project would be required to comply with mitigations and conditions of the previous EIR. Further, the TPM Is an Implementation of the previously approved EIR and Specific Plan. As such, no further environmental analysis or documentation Is required.
