The City Council certified the Revised Final EIR and approved Tentative Parcel Map 36497, which were approved by the Planning Commission on May 14, 2020 and then timely appealed to the City Council, all with respect to the previously adopted World Logistics Center Specific Plan (which allows for the construction and operation of 40,600,00 sq. ft. of logistics facilities) and associated General Plan Amendment and zone change, which were all approved by the City on November 15, 2015, through the initiative process.
