- (1) A-Type 3 commercial cannabis cultivation license (medium outdoor) to allow 65,000 s.f. of cultivation area containing up to 43,560 s.f. of cannabis canopy (mature plants); and, - (4) A-Type 2 small outdoor commercial cannabis cultivation licenses, and - (1) A-Type 13 'Self Distribution' license The project also includes two 200 s.f. sheds, and would occupy approximately 2 acres of the site. The cannabis plants will be planted in above-ground pots and enclosed by a 6' tall screened metal fence.
