Conditional Use Permit to allow an energy storage facility in an existing approximately 102,462 square foot industrial building with a new approximately 15,000 square foot substation on a 25.33 gross acre site. The energy storage facility and associated substation would connect to the Metcalf Substation via a 2.5- mile-long, underground transmission line within the Monterey Road public right-of-way. No permanent employees would occupy the building.
