Kaiser Permanente Hesperia Medical Office Building Project

The project consists of the construction and operation of a 3 story, approx 55,000-sf outpatient medical office building with parking and landscaped areas. The medical office building will be comprised of 30 provider offices, 46 exam rooms, a vision care center, pharmacy, radiology/imaging suites, physical therapy, ancillary services and building support. The Kaiser-Permanente Hesperia complex will provide additional outdoor amenities to support both members and the community at large. The project has been planned to achieve the LEED Gold Design benchmark.
