The City of Sanger is updating it's 2003 General Plan and is including the North Academy Corridor Master Plan area along with the 2035 General Plan Update and EIR. The following General Plan Elements are being updated: Land Use, Circulation, Open Space & Conservation, Safety, Noise, and Environmental Justice. The Housing Element was updated separately from this current process. The Master Plan area comprises approximately 285 acres and proposes a variety of land uses (mixed use, commercial and residential).
