The Project Site consists of the entire block bounded by Fremont Avenue, Mission Road, Date Avenue, and Orange Street. The Site is fully developed with office, warehouse, storage, utility substation, and parking lot uses. The Project would construct 1,061 residential units, a 490-space parking structure, and associated open space, landscape, and vehicle/pedestrian circulation areas to accompany the existing 902,001 sq. ft. of office space to be retained.
