The Project would include the construction and operation of a business center complex that would feature 25 buildings ranging in size from 5,000 square feet to 200,000 s.f. square feet. The Project's total floor area would be approximately 1.2 million square feet. Other physical improvements associated with the Project would include, but would not be limited to, surface parking areas, vehicle drive aisles, landscaping, water quality basins, public street and utility infrastructure, exterior lighting, and signage.
