Document Description
The proposed project consists of developing 356 dwelling units and up to 140,000 square feet of commercial uses. Vehicular access would be taken from W. Leland Road. The existing stormwater basin would be modified to raise the height of the outfall. A Class I multi-use path would be developed along W. Leland Road.
