The proposed development would entail the construction of a 14,300 square-foot maintenance facility with accompanying office spaces, an attached 4,000 square-foot canopy, and associated parking and landscaping. The remainder of the site would be paved for truck storage and driving aisles. Approximately 15 trucks, with or without trailers, will be at this facility on any given day.
