Document Description
Sienna Construction (applicant), on behalf of Spicy Bite Restaurant Inc. (property owner), has requested a Site Plan Review to develop a truck repair/overhaul shop and a truck storage yard on approximately 9 acres located at 185 Quantico Avenue [Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 142-230-13]. The proposed development would entail the construction of a 14,300 square-foot maintenance facility with accompanying office spaces, an attached 4,000 square-foot canopy, and associated parking and landscaping. The remainder of the site would be paved for truck storage and driving aisles. Approximately 15 trucks, with or without trailers, will be at this facility on any given day. The truck storage yard would accommodate up to 40 trucks, with overnight storage being limited to 30 trucks.
