Description

The County of Santa Clara has prepared a Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) for its 6th Cycle Housing Element Update and Stanford Community Plan Update project. The FEIR contains the County's responses to comments it received from agencies and the public on the Draft EIR, minor revisions to the Draft EIR, and a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan. The County intends to consider and certify the Final EIR during a County Board of Supervisors hearing to be held on October 17, 2023.
