Document Description
The County of Santa Clara will be the CEQA lead agency for preparation of an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the County of Santa Clara 6th Cycle Housing Element Update (HEU) and Stanford Community Plan Update. The HEU will address the County's Regional Housing Needs Allocation of 3,125 housing units, plus an appropriate buffer. The EIR will evaluate the potential environmental impacts of implementing the HEU and recommend mitigation measures for any significant impact, as required.
