- Description
- A roughened rock ramp will be constructed beginning 50 feet downstream of the existing Deer Creek Irrigation District (DCID) dam in Deer Creek. The roughened ramp will extend 215 feet downstream at a roughly two percent slope. The ramp will include a 75-foot wide typical section that provides sufficient flow depth to meet the fish passage criteria while maintaining adequate upstream water surface elevations to send the appropriate flow down the irrigation diversion canal. The existing earthen irrigation diversion canal will be regraded and concrete lined for a total of 1,250 feet with a 0. 15 percent slope downstream of the fish screens. In addition, the existing fish screens and fish bypass system will be replaced.
