Description: The City of El Cajon proposes to adopt a Climate Action Plan (CAP0 that will include strategies, measures, and actions to reduce greenhouse has (GHG) emissions in proportion to the State's emission reduction goals. The EIR will evaluate the environmental impacts that may result from adoption and implementation of the CAP and its actions, at a program-level. The EIR will also evaluate alternatives to the CAp, and will include mitigation to reduce, minimize, or avoid any significant adverse impacts.
