Document Description
The City of El Cajon proposes to adopt a Climate Action Plan (CAP) that will include strategies, measures, and actions to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in proportion to the State's emission reduction goals. The EIR evaluates the environmental impacts that may result from adoption and implementation of the CAP and its actions, at a program-level, and evaluates alternatives to the CAP.
