Title: Collins Drive Project
Description: The Collins Drive project proposes a tentative subdivision map to subdivide two parcels totaling approx 27.9 acres into 69 lots to allow for future development of up to 65 single-family residences. The proposed subdivision property is located in Placer County at 975 and 1055 Collins Dr, south of Mt. Vernon Rd and west of the city.
