Document Description
The Collins Drive project proposes a tentative subdivision map to subdivide two parcels totaling approx 27.9 acres into 69 lots to allow for future development of up to 65 single-family residences. The proposed subdivision property is located in Placer County at 975 and 1055 Collins Dr, south of Mt. Vernon Rd and west of the city. The project proposes to annex the two subdivision parcels, the adjacent 12.9 acre parcel owned by the Auburn Cemetery District, and a 4.5 acre parcel owned by the UPRR into the city. In addition to the project's proposed subdivision and annexation, additional requested entitlements include a GPA and pre-zoning, use permit, and tree permit.
