Document Description
The project entails a Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide two parcels totaling+/- 27.9 acres into 69 lots to allow for future development of up to 65 single-family residences. The subdivision property is located in Placer County at 975 and 1055 Collins Drive (Assessor Parcel Numbers (APNs) 038-300-017 and 038-300-019), south of Mt. Vernon Road and west of the City of Auburn. The project proposes to annex the two subdivision parcels, the adjacent 12.9-acre parcel owned by the Auburn Cemetery District (APN 038-300-003), and a 4.5-acre parcel owned by the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) (APN 038-300-012) into the City of Auburn. In addition to the project's proposed subdivision and annexation, additional entitlements include a General Plan Amendment and Pre-zoning, and Tree Permit.
