Title: City of San Joaquin Consolidated Water Treatment Project
Description: This is an addendum to the original MND. After filing the Notice of Determination, minor changes were made to the Project which included adding some additional pipelines that were not originally included in the IS/MND, but were included in a separate CEQA document which analyzed the environmental impacts of the next phase of proposed improvements to the City's water treatment and distribution system. The analysis was consolidated under this addendum. The City of San Joaquin intends to construct and operate a consolidated water treatment plant to bring Well #3 and Well #5 under current levels for manganese. The project includes construction of a water treatment system at Well #5 and a pipeline to send raw water from Well #3 to the treatment system.
