THIS PROJECT WAS PREVIOUSLY ANALYZED IN A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION IN 2017. THE PREVIOUS NOD WAS FILED IN 2018 AND FISH & GAME FEES PAID. THIS NOD IS FOR AN ADDENDUM. Minor changes were made to the water treatmenUdistribution Project which included adding some additional pipelines that were not originally included in the IS/MND, but were included in a separate CEQA document which analyzed the environmental impacts of the next phase of proposed improvements to the City's water treatment and distribution system. The analysis was consolidated under this addendum.
