The city intends to construct and operate a consolidated water treatment plant to bring well #3 and well #5 under current levels for manganese. The project includes construction of a water treatment system at well #5 and a pipeline to send raw water from well #3 to the treatment system. Construction is anticipated to start in August 2018 and be complete by August 2019.
