- Construct joint treatment facility, install pipeline from Well #5 to Well #6, construct block wall building for iron and manganese treatment facility, install backwash tank, rehabilitation of Well #6, install permanent generator, automatic transfer switch and propane tank at Well #6, install portable generator and manual transfer switch at Well #5, install communication antenna at Well #6, install water distribution pipeline from Well #6 to existing distribution system, install flowmeter and groundwater levle sensors at Well #5 and Well #6, replace existing highline with underground water transmission pipeline along Viejas Grade Road, set up and use staging and laydown areas to facilitate work.
