That project was evaluated and considered in the Phase 2C South End Recycled Water Main Extension Project IS/MND, which was adopted by the NCWD, as the CEQA lead agency, on Aug. 10, 2017. NCWD filed an NOD with a description of the Phase 2C South End Recycled Water Main Extension Project.
