- The project is generally located along existing paved public roadways (within the public ROW) in the county of LA and the city of Santa Clarita. The project involves the construction and potential future operation of a new phase to the existing Castaic Lake Water Agency recycled water system. The proposed project line varying in size from 12 in to 24 in, would connect to the existing CLWA recycled water system at the intersection of Valencia Blvd and The Old Rd and would terminate at Newhall ES at 11th and Walnut Streets. Two potential alignments are analyzed.
