Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board is financing the Project, referred to internally as Recycled Water Expansion Project- Phase2C Reach 1, through Water Recycling Grant Funds. The Project includes the construction of approximately 28,400 linear feet of recycled water pipelines south of the Valencia Water Reclamation Plant, and pump station modifications at Pump Station 1. The State Water Board will fund a portion of the new phase (Phase 2C Reach 1), which includes approximately 13,074 linear feet of recycled water pipelines, an Interstate-5 freeway bridge crossing, and the pump station modifications.
