Title: Program Environmental Impact Report for the City of Oceanside General Plan Update - Economic Development
Description: The project is Phase 1 of the City of Oceanside's General Plan Update and includes preparation of two new elements: an Economic Development Element (EDE) and an Energy/Climate Action Element (E-CAP).
