Title: Harbor Substation
Description: The Harbor Substation will consist of two 45 megavolt-amp (MVA) transformers and switchgear distribution system. The two new signal-story structures will be constructed; a structure measuring approx. 180 feet by 50 feet, and a second structure measuring approx. 90 feet by 50 feet. The latter surface will house two transformers. Underground 69 kV and 12 kV transmission and distribution lines will be installed in the rights of way at Cerritos Ave., Katella Ave., Hast St., Zeyn Street., Disney Way, Harbor Blvd., Clementine Street., Anaheim Blvd., Manchester Ave and Ninth St. Subterranean vaults (approx. 8 feet by 20 feet) will be installed at depths of approx. 9 feet below grade on Katella Ave., Zeyn ST., Anaheim Blvd, Haster street, Disney Way, Clementine Street, and Manchester Ave. The new lines will also allow the electrical load to be distributed between a greater number of circuits in the central Anaheim Area, providing improved flexibility for serving electric loan to be distributed between a greater number of circuits in the Central Anaheim Area, providing improved flexibility for serving electric loads during outages or maintenance activities.
