The EIR analyzed the development of a 6.03 acre parcel with a planned (unit) development of single family detached dwellings, requiring a Zone Change (ZC 16-04) from AR-20000 "Agricultural Residential" District with a 10,000 sq. ft. minimum building site area with a Planned Development overlay with a 10,000 sq. ft. average building site area. The associated Use Permit (PA160051) and Vesting Tentative Tract Map 18602 to establish the proposed project's land use configuration and development standards for the planned development was assessed by the EIR but has not yet been approved by the County of Orange.
