Document Description
Project would include the development of 22 new detached single-family homes on an approx. 5.9 acre project site. The Applicant is proposing to demolish the existing structure (storage shed) located on the project site and construct 22 detached single-family homes at a density of approx. 3 units per acre. The project site conforms to the current General Plan designation of Suburban Residential; however a zone change would be required form Agricultural Residential to Planned Community or Planned Unit Development. The 22-single family units would be two stores in height and have an average lot size of 10,000 sq. ft.
