The project would involve demolition of an existing shed located on the project site and construction of 22 detached single family homes at a density of apporox 3.6 units per acre. The proposed project would have a zoning of 10,000 sf average lot size. The project conforms to the current GPD of suburban res; however a zone change would be required from AR to PC or Planned unit development. The 22 single family units would be two stories in height.
