On June 1, 2016, the City fo Aliso Viejo City Council held a duly noticed public hearing as prescribe dby law and determine dthat 1/6 Polaris Way Mitigated Negative Declaration fully evaluated and dully mitigated, to the extent feasible, all impacts of the proposed development of the project site and that under State CEQA Guidelines, Section 15162. no further environmental review is required for the propsoed Planning Application PA15-030 (SDP/EP) On June 1, 2016, the City Council adopted Resolution Nos. 2016-22 and 2016-24 approving the 1/6 Polaris MND and Planning Application PA15-030. Because neither Planning Application PA15-020 nor the 1/6 Polaris Way Mitigated Negative Declaration were channeled pursuant to Public Resources Code section 21167.2, the 1/6 Polaris Way Mitigated Negative Declaration is presumed to be valid.
