Document Description
The project consists of a site development permit, an exception permit for parking, and tentative parcel map to create two parcels from the 4.037-acre site. Construction includes removal of surface parking, grading, construction of the office building and parking structure, and landscaping. Parcel 1 would be 0.954 acre and would be developed with an approx. 42,400 sf (not to exceed 40,000 sf of net rental sq. footage), 2-story office building. Parcel 2 would be 3.083 acres and would include the existing 1 Polaris Way, 76,188-sf, 3-story office building and 15-space surface parking area; and a new 4-1/2 level, 423 space parking structure to replace 299 parking spaces within the existing surface parking lot portion of the parcel. No changes to the Polaris office building would occur.
