Document Description
The project consists of a site development permit, an exception permit for parking, and tentative parcel map to create two parcels from the 4.037-acre site. Parcel 1 would be 0.954 acre and would be developed with an approximately 42,000 sf (not to exceed 40,000 sf of net rental sf), 2 story office building. Parcel 2 would be 3.083 acres and would include the existing 1 Polaris Way 76,188 sf, 3-story office building and 15 space surface parking; and a new 4 1/2 level, 423-space parking structure to replace 299 parking spaces within the existing surface parking lot portion of the parcel. No changes to the 1 Polaris office building would occur.
